Who can marry in Canada?
Any two adults who want to get married and are legally free to do so can get married in Canada.
Sex is not a barrier: two women, two men, a woman and a man.
Nationality is not a barrier. However, marriage in Canada does not allow one to stay long term in Canada: normal immigration precedures must be followed for permament residence.
